Also known as Triangle Steak, the Japanese Wagyu Tri Tip Steak, is similar cut to what the French refer to as Culotte Steak. It is cut from a triangular section where the sirloin meets the round and the flank and has excellent marbling and a full beef flavor. The Tri Tip is very tender, so longs as you don’t overcook it. Be sure to only trim the fat after cooking, so you seal in the juices and ensure the most tender steak.
The Japanese Wagyu Tri Tip is excellent grilled in the pan on the barbecue or baked in the oven. Feel free to marinate before grilling if you so like. Cook until it reaches 60C and then allow to rest for ten minutes. If you want to change the thickness or thinly slice for Sukiyaki or Shabu shabu, please select your preference above when ordering. All steaks are chilled not frozen. All vaccuum packed.
Storage instructions : Your wagyu beef will be delicious for up to 1 week in the fridge. After this please freeze. We supply Japanese wagyu beef A5(BMS10-12). We can supply the certificate upon request. Once we confirmed your order, we will notify exact delivery date, it normally takes 2-3 business days.
